Fitness Consultation

30 minutes: Free

Every exercise program should begin with an assessment of each clients physical fitness; unfortunately this process is often neglected by most fitness professionals. 

Each of my clients will be given an assessment that will include the parameters of muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, as well as cardiovascular endurance. 

Although these assessments may seem unimportant, not only do they give personal trainers a baseline to evaluate each clients progress, they also allow for you to note areas that need improvement. Client assessments  ensure that each client is set up with a program that works best for them, allowing them to achieve optimal results.

Most importantly, these assessments are vital for client safety and avoiding injuries. 

1 on 1 Personal Training

My 1 on 1 personal training sessions include: A customized training program specific to each individual. Weather your goal is weight loss, strength training, or body transformation together we will figure out exactly what is right for you.Also included in your package are monthly check in and progress reports, personalized nutritional recommendations as well as on-going support and assistance: Email/Text/Call

 

 

 

Online Personal Training

All online personal training programs will include; a customized 3 phase training program with progressions and adjustments as needed. Customized meal plan recommendations based off current situation and goals, motivation and accountability, 1 on 1 coaching from me via phone/text/email.

 

Group Training

Group training is for groups of 6-8 people. This is a great option for friends that want to work out together and keep each other motivated!

Group workouts consist of a full body workout designed to build strength and endurance, using personal training expertise of a certified personal trainer to obtain maximum results.
